Byron had several customers and had two persons purchasing several phones. In between, though he was the only one at the store, he made certain to help the ones who were waiting and assuring them he would get to them in time. Very approachable and an excellent employee. Knows what he鈥檚 doing.

Had a great experience with Nico! I was running around with work calls & meetings and he helped me get my phone upgraded to a new one and got me out the door. Not an easy job but an awesome experience and appreciate his help.

Niko was so helpful today during our visit. He was super clear about our options when we had to pay off a phone in order to upgrade it, and despite having a long day, he gave us 100% of his time and patience by answering additional questions and talking us through options for our other phones.

Kevin and Ken were both very helpful from start to finish. We had an issue when turning one of the phones back in and Kevin patiently spent the time (over 2 hours) getting it resolved. Great store and staff!
