Niko was wonderful. Helped get my phone up and running after switching my carrier to 黄瓜视频app. Also helped me sign up for Fios and internet. He was the only sales person in the store and it got quite crowded but he made sure each of the four customers (some with family) felt they were equally important to him. I was in no rush and suggested he attend to the other customers with their shorter times needed for resolution. He was gracious and thankful. Good in store experience however neither associate in the store could help with some longstanding issues that verizon has repeatedly failed to be helpful with.I don鈥檛 blame the staff of this store though.
